Dear Partner and Friends,

Praise God for you. I call you blessed, anointed, and highly favored of the Lord. Thank you for praying for us and for standing with us in ministering to the brokenhearted. Together we are successfully reaching the hearts of God's children. I want to share something the Lord ministered to me early one morning awhile back. I woke up around 2:00a.m. and began to pray. Around 3:30a.m. the Lord encouraged me with a powerful truth from His Word. In Luke 6:47-49 we read: "Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: ' He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep and laid the foundation on a rock and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. But he that heareth and doeth not is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great." Notice He said here in verse 48, “and when the flood arose.” He didn’t say if the flood arises, He said when! In this world we are going to experience storms, or challenges. Jesus said in John 16:33; “…in this world you will have tribulations.” Now don’t let that be a blow to your faith. There is good news to all of this. You see it’s what we do during these times in our lives that determine whether or not we will overcome and prevail. In Luke 6:47 Jesus gives us the way to overcome these challenges when they arrive. Jesus said: “Whosoever cometh to me...” This is your first step in overcoming the crises you are facing; LOOK TO JESUS! We need to go to Him as our source of strength, and comfort. Too many Christians are still running to the world for comfort during their challenges. They turn to other people, alcohol, cigarettes, food, movies, working longer hours, etc. By doing so, they fall into the trap and snare of the devil. These things will not provide you answers. Hebrews 12:2 tells us; “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith;” Jesus is simply saying When the storm comes; “Turn to Me, look to Me,” The second piece of wisdom is also in verse 47 which says, “and heareth my sayings...” Once you look to Him, you need to hear what He is saying. He doesn’t need to hear what you are saying about it. When you go to Jesus with your problems, and rehearse them to Him over and over again, the problem tends to become bigger in your heart. This literally blocks you from receiving your answer. When we look to Jesus, the answer He gives is in what He says. It is in the Word of God. Kenneth Copeland said something that is so biblically powerful and life changing, that it bears repeating here; “One Word from God can change your life forever.” One word from Jesus will be your anchor through your storm, it will be the wind in your sails that carries your through, it will be the wisdom you need to push through and have good success. The third piece of wisdom Jesus gives you in verse 47 is: “and doeth them” When you turn to Jesus, He will always give you a Word to act on. It is by acting on the Word that gives you the wisdom and power to overcome. James 1:22,25 tells us “But be doers of the Word, and not hearers only, ….but a doer of this work (believing), this man shall be blessed in his deed.” As you are obedient to act on His Word, you are empowered to prevail through the challenges of this world.
You receive the power to overcome the storms of life when;
You go to Jesus, hear what He says, believe it, and then act on it!

Once again I want to thank you for your prayers and for the donations you have given into this ministry. I encourage you to stand in faith, and believe for a mighty harvest. “Be not deceived God is not mocked, whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap.” (Gal 6:7) I declare the 100-fold return on your giving. (Mark 4:8) If you have any prayer requests let us know and we will pray for you. I will continue to pray Psalm 91, Ephesians 1:13-23 and Ephesians 3:14-21 for you and your family. God bless you richly in all things.
