MINISTRY UPDATE

The following is RSMI's statement of faith and stance on the conducting of ministry operations during the corona virus pandemic.

Pastor Rory Synoground
The Lord has instructed us not to fear and with that is the promise of protection. "Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday." (Psalm 91:5-6)  As we put our trust in the Lord "There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling."  (Psalm 91:10)

All ministry activities of RSMI will continue. We will not be closing our doors, especially during this time of crisis.  Right now people are fearful and are in need of comfort and community more than ever before. Even people who do not attend church regularly,  or have never reached out to God or the faith community,  need to know that there is someone and somewhere to go when they need help.

Healing Hearts Prayer and Counseling Center will be open for those who are in need of prayer, and counsel.

Life Christian University Austin Campus will continue to conduct classes.

I want to personally invite you to our Sunday Night Live Services, our Monday Night Healing School Services, and Thursday Night Prayer School Services.

It is vital that we as a family of believers come into a place of one accord. As we lift our voices in praise, prayer, and hear the spoken Word of God, the corporate anointing will destroy the grip of fear, sickness, and disease that is attempting to overtake this nation. Adhering to this Word of God is now more important than ever, "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manor of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as you see the day approaching."  (Hebrews 10:25)

To ensure the quality of following this command, there are practical steps that we will take to continue effective ministry to you and your family.  We will make every effort to thoroughly sanitize every surface, door handle, object, etc.  All of our ministers will practice good hygiene and hand washing procedures.

I believe we are entering a time when we will see a greater level of God’s glory, grace and mercy than ever before. His church will rise up and be clearly seen as a place of hope in a world gripped with fear. His church will burn as a light in a world that is drowning in darkness.
