Dear Partner and Friend,
“Happy New Year! As we step into 2026, I have a prophetic declaration to speak over you and your household. Joshua 24:15 says, ‘Yet as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.’
That statement is not just a promise; it is a decision. It is a line drawn in the sand that says, ‘No matter what the culture is doing, no matter what others choose, my house belongs to the Lord.’ This is the word God is placing in my mouth this year. This is a year of hearts being healed and built up, of families finding their place in the body of Christ and of being planted firmly in His house so we can flourish.
When I began ministering this message, the Lord had me start in Galatians 6:6. The Apostle Paul said, “Let him who is taught in the word share in all good things with him who teaches.” God has always had a pattern for blessing and strengthening His people. He sends a Word, and He sends a messenger to carry that Word.
Psalm 107:20 says, “He sent His word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions.” God does not heal by accident. He heals by sending His Word into hearts. And that Word must be heard.
Faith comes from hearing. Romans 10:6,10 & 17 tells us that “the righteousness which is of faith speaks,” that “with the heart man believes, and “faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
God designed your heart to believe. But the heart will believe whatever it hears most. That is why it matters who you are listening to. That is why it matters where you are planted. God does not send random words. He sends specific words to build you, to shape you, and to heal what has been broken inside.
One of the great revelations the Lord has given me is this: your heart is always building something. Thoughts are always forming something on the inside. That is why the enemy works so hard to send accusing, fearful, and condemning thoughts. He wants to build the wrong house inside your heart. But God sends His Word to tear down what is false and to build what is true.
That is why, in Jeremiah 1:10, the Lord said His purpose was ‘to root out, to pull down, to destroy, and to throw down, and then to build and to plant.’ This is the calling God placed on my life. He put His Word in my mouth to heal the brokenhearted, just as Jesus declared in Luke 4:18, not to condemn, but to restore and rebuild. God always builds before He plants. He must first build His house in your heart through His Word before He can plant you in the house He has chosen for you. Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted because a broken heart cannot hold the structure God wants to build, but when the heart is healed, it becomes a strong dwelling place for His Spirit.
This is exactly what God is doing right now. He is rebuilding hearts so He can rebuild homes. He is restoring families so He can establish households that serve Him. That is why Joshua’s declaration matters so much this year. “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” is not just about church attendance, it is about what is being built on the inside of your home. It is about what voices you allow in. It is about what words you hear and believe.
God never intended His people to grow in isolation. He sets us in the body of Christ, in families, and in spiritual houses. He sends us to voices that He has anointed to speak into our lives.
Romans 10:14-15 says, “How shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent?” There are many voices in the world, but not all of them are sent to you. God knows who you need to hear to shape you into who He has called you to be.
This is why being planted matters so much. Psalm 92:13 says, “Those that are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.” You cannot flourish if you are not planted. You cannot grow roots if you are always moving. When God plants you in a house, He is positioning you to receive the Word you need for this season of your life.
That is exactly what this ministry and the family of Freedom Christian Fellowship are called to do. We are not building a religion; we are building a family. We are creating a house where hearts can be healed, faith can grow, and lives can be rebuilt by the Word of God. We are watching people get planted, get delivered, get free, and begin to flourish. We are seeing households come back together. We are seeing men and women find their place again. We are seeing God build something real.
Your partnership makes all this possible. When you stand with this ministry, you are helping send the Word. You are helping build the house. You are helping families find a place to be planted. You are helping hearts be healed and lives be restored. Your giving is not just support, it is seed. And God is using it to bring forth fruit in people’s lives.
As we move into this new year, I want you to speak Joshua 24:15 over your home. Declare it over your family. Say it over your children. Say it over your future: “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Let that be the foundation of everything God builds in your life this year.
Let me pray for you.
Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You for every partner and
every household connected to this ministry. I speak peace over their homes,
healing over their hearts, and strength over their families. I thank You for
building Your house in them and planting them where they can flourish. Let
every need be met, every door that should open be open, and every plan of the
enemy be canceled. Establish their houses with Your Word and be established in
Your love. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
